The Sunray Companies, a growing company, has a wonderful opportunity available for an honest, friendly, dependable, high-energy, hard-working, process driven and focused individual that has a knack in administrative duties. Our corporate office team is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, innovative, enthusiastic, and comfortable conceiving strategies on the fly and able to not only work individually but as a part of the overall team.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for:

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Special projects as assigned
  • General Human Resource duties
  • General accounting duties
  • Tracking data through spreadsheets with some being complex.
  • Work directly with the owners of the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting preferred or two years of related administrative experience
  • Strong Computer skills to include excel, word and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Dependable
